Look a win is a win and at the first whistle being 0 and 3 I'll take it of course but our first half was terrible 4 goal down at the 1/4 time and i think nearly 3 down at half time. This being said at half time a few blokes got it put on them in no uncertain terms and to the boys credit played a fantastic 3rd term against the breeze to be i think nearly 5 goal up at 3 1/4 time. Then in the last we went on with it to win by the 51 point margin.
Like i said great for the group to get the win but we must play 4 1/4's from a club point of veiw what a huge differance having personnel available makes hopfully now a lot less changes from week to week and we as a group can start to gel
you better believe it mate! cant wait to get back amongst it very shortly

Mawson Lakes very, very good. Set the game up in the first quarter kicking ten goals to our one goal, caught us napping. Too many passengers for us yesterday.

Without wanting to sound like a sore loser, the umpires were DISGRACEFULL!! Infact they were that bad I was thinking late in the 2nd quarter that a massive all in brawl was going to break out, and there was not going to be a thing they were going to do about it. Ticky tac free kicks, inconsistency and NO authority on the field..
Having said that United were good after half time, as for my criticism of the farm ill keep that to myself..

for once i agree with you phantom, the older umpire is so incompetent that players from both side were getting that frustrated, but i said the same last year and named him (ken down) wouldnt let him umpire our u/11's , it was just good luck there was no all in ..

We all no umpires are not good at times in both A's and B's, but want do we do when don't have them..........We don't have a game!!!!!!! Most umpires make as many mistakes as the players..

I reckon he gave Kells 8 of his 10 goals from free kicks so couldn't have been that bad
