I am the perfect example. Played mostly A grade in previous years but also trained most nights. Couldnt be arsed with training this year and rightly do not get selected for either grade unless we are really short. And fair enough, its the absolute right policy to have.

Jeez, there is nothing solid about my running. Does that mean if don't have any "tall" forwards only short ones morell.C'mon you do a solid 2 hour session most saturdays.
