Rnd 7 - Sturt v North @ Unley Oval (Sat 5/5)

Postby Big Phil » Mon Apr 30, 2012 11:07 am

The Double Blues were pretty disappointing against the Bays last week but then again, so were North in their loss to the Redlegs. Both sides will be keen to get back into the winners circle and this game may not be a pretty one.

This match will be ugly, thankfully played in front of a small crowd.

Dry game = Sturt win.

Wet game = North win.

Our game against the bloods proved we do not know how to play wet weather footy...

The loss of Josh Jenkins will be a big one for us. He deserves his call up with the Crows though... He's been great for us this season.

Gotta love the way he plays. Opposition players definitely know he's out there

With Danyle Pearce, Brodie Martin and Josh Jenkins all playing for Sturt, Alleway and Miles out for North, I'm not surprised to see those prices.
