I would also bring Shaw (If fit) in for Otten.

Yep, Shaw for Otten, if fit. Otten couldn't handle a key forward, at least Shaw can give you that.

Porps in, Otten out. Symes travelling emergency (will replace VB if he doesn't come up).

Shaw still struggling with hamstring.

Heading to Sydney for this one. Looking forward to it and think Sydney are due for a loss, but then again my record for seeing the crows win interstate is horrible at about 3 wins in 30 (all in Melbourne though)

3 wins in 30 games???? We're rooted.

Defence is what worries me. Our midfield is travelling pretty well as is our attack, but our defence has been made to look ordinary on many occasions so far this year.

That can be stopped by our midfield tightening up a bit defensively, but when the kick goes over the back we lose far more one on ones than we win, especially if the ball hit's the deck and it turns into a footrace. I would be dropping someone small and quick back there, maybe Petrenko??

Porpoise to kick 7.

Grundy and Richards to Tippett and Walker.

Porpoise to have free reign!

One thing that is getting my goat a little bit is the line being trotted out saying "they haven't beaten anybody yet".

This is true, but they couldn't even do that last year. They lost to Port, Brisbane, Bulldogs and the list goes on. To play finals the first step is to beat the teams you should beat, and so far this year they've done that. As a supporter you can only be happy with that really.

Can only beat who you play..... The minority in the state try and bash us (the majority) when in fact none of us are pumping us up.... purely happy we are beating the sides we lost to last year.

Sydney is a game you dont know how to feel going into, quietly confident yet un easy at the same time!

Sometimes I think that the minority think we (Crows) write the draw. The same minority who bag Rucci but will happily use his quotes.

playing sydney whilst they are flying. i like the way our forward line is structured. add props into that (prob will need the run though) and looks better. must say im really looking forward to this, with a little bit of confidence. our midfield will get a real test tonight. heres hoping we can serve it right up in the contested area.

Excellent win tonight! I thought Sydney were going to run over us in the second half after getting on top late in 2nd quarter. To fight out a gutsy win in Sydney is huge for our confidence with a tough month ahead....geelong (H), carlton (A), collingwood (H), fremantle (A)

What a great team effort to get the win tonight. Danger, Walker, Reilly, Thommo, Sloane and Callinan were superb tonight. This win just sets us up for the next month now.
