Who does everyone think will make the top 5 this year?

For mine:

Lucindale
Borders
Padthaway
Kaniva/Leeor
Kybybolite.

Having looked at each side in depth over the past month and a half, I can't help but feel that Padthaway are going to give it a real shake. Mind you I haven't seen one actual game of KNTFL footy, but just my opinion. Naracoorte to drop out on the back of their losses.

It's obvious you are a BDT fan or player AD but you must have picked up some AFL stars to put your own team up there. I think Keith will replace you blokes in that top 5. Look for Kaniva to go up the ladder.

Finished fourth last year, haven't lost anyone of note, compared to other teams that have lost a few, and picked a couple up.

Could be bias creeping in but I don't know- I like to think I'm able to be neutral and well-considered in these things.

Seems Border Districts is still miles off the pace!

Knew Kaniva would be a force with big Seby in ruck and Greenbank running around.

Good to also see the Reynella boys play well too.

There was a big bloke sitting on the sidelines by the name of Paul Smith who might have made a bit of a difference up forward for Borders. But you are correct, there is a bit of work to be done. Look out for Corey Burr and Kieran Flanigan this year, both little blokes but they have a fair bit of talent between them.

Fantastic result by K/L over Lucindale.

Keith will be around the mark. They were apparently very good even without the win.

Rest of the matches went as expected, really.

I was wondering if Pauly played as I didn't see his name in the scorers, but even his 7 goals wouldn't have covered the difference.

So AD, are you still confident with your predictions after BDT got flogged by Mundulla today???

To be fair, I think BD are missing one of their big recruits who did not appear to play on the weekend

I'll admit I am possibly a bit optimistic. Bad start to the year but yesterday's win against Kyby could be the turning point. Missing first ruck for all but first minutes of the game, one of the league's best key defenders out for the next few months. No bench in the last quarter and Borders hold on to claim a six point win.

Kaniva are looking ominous though. Kingston looked to have improved but the Cougars wrecked them.

Has been good without starring in the first three games. Hard not to like watching him play, very smooth mover.

I don't think you will be seeing him on the sidelines or on the field for BDT anymore AD, clearance to Goolwa approved...is that the rat jumping off a sinking ship???
