No walk out mate. Had Princi retire during the week, been great for the club & one other want to be cleared because he wanted to play with some other mates. No problems at the club, probably the best i've ever seen the club being run off field. We've had a big turnover of players in the off season with only a few going to other clubs, more just not playing due to various reasons, work etc. Just need the A grade to start to step up and compete for 4 qtrs.

Creek over Bays
Victor over Pongy
Willunga over McLaren
Yank over Compass

Did hear from a very reliable source the coach at goolwa is showing great leadership and punching on with his lads... How is he even coaching still? For a side that apparently wasn't missing anyone I see the older knight is lining up for SHOCs A grade at CHB!

I think u will find there's alot more to the story champ, the coach has full backing of the players and committee, if people want to get on here n hide behind there computers n talk smack then go for it, we have moved on and forward ! On a personal note i wish knightsy all the best where ever he plays, good lad !!

There has been very little said about it on here live footy but what has been said had been pretty spot on. From what I hear about the Knights, I doesn't seem GPE will be that sad to lose them but if you think all the players are happy about what occurred you are dreaming. I'm sure they'll get over it though.

By the way your post about CaptainCook being GPEs ex-coach is incorrect.

Interesting time of year to hang up the boots! I see it was Gaskin was cleared - fairly big out.
Clouds are heavy over Victor this morning, could be the first wet game? I'll see you there WOW.

Hey Limb, how are you mate. Nah big Heavy is an out. Working in the mines. Cult figure at our club, regining Miss Myponga and for a guy that hadn't played more than 5 games of footy in total, will be missed.

What's the latest on having a beer with the opposition these days? Are we doing this still? Or do we spit it and go home?

Depends who you are. If you're from Strathalbyn you're probably too arrogant to handle a loss - let alone two in a row.

Pongy boys are always good for a beer :D

LF, good win by your boys today but i'd hardly say your boys are known for coming back into the opposition club for a drink. Pretty sure only Zac came in last year.
