Forgot about Helbig, in that just outside list with Batchelor etc. Trying to compete with King and Nahas for a spot as a small forward. Nason was also involved in that fight last year. As he gets bigger in the body and a bigger tank I'm sure he'll get more consistent time in the midfield with Coburg and push guys like Tuck out of a spot over time.

And the mockers go out to him.
Bradley Helbig now on the long term injury list.

If you can keep your head when all around you have lost theirs, then you probably haven't understood the seriousness of the situation.

Has really improved his link up and run play over the pre season.

Can't wait to see him develop at the rate he is. Really, really rate this kid!

Agree really like the look of him has improved more than I gave him credit for all ready.

Certinatly a better option than McGuane or Thursfield who we have had down there in the past, they have stunk it up.

I didn't have him in the best 22 at the start of the year, solidified himself already. Like him.

Averages 11 spoils a game throughout the year (and perhaps is career). Not a bad stat for a defender IMO

Good effort, 11 spoils per game.

Although a little behind the Richmond team average of spoiling 22 games a season.

Making my annual trip to AAMI today to watch the lads, expecting nothing less than a win. Everyone can say were getting better (and I think we are) but if that really is the case, can't be dropping games like this, even away from home.

2017, 2019 & 2020 PREMIERS
RICHMOND, RICHMOND, RICHMOND.

Let that be a lesson to you Sturt. You don't beat Glenelg 3 times in a row in Grand Finals and get away with it.

Richmond showed they are the real deal last week. Good wins over Melbourne and Port have set them on their way for the rest of season 2012.

I expect them to be a real contender in the latter parts of this year.

Showed they were the real deal?

Against an abysmal Port Adelaide?

Too many spuds in that team.

ie: Miller, King, Edwards, Vickery

We could probably say they are getting close to the real deal if they beat Sydney this weekend.

At home, no Goodes, every opportunity.

Otherwise, it was just a bad team beating a worse one.
