You are right, it can be difficult in some cases, and shrinks' social ideologies, and societal pressures, come into play to in such unclear situations too.
The majority of people being assessed are obviously one or the other, but there are those borderline areas where you will get division among the experts.

Probably a good time to have a go at giving the cancer sticks up.The sooner smokers have their own self funded health system the better.

How could you possibly know. Smokers pay more tax then most, so I guess they already have their own self funded health system. If they did bring in your "health scheme", I'd hope one was brought in for heavy drinkers and over eaters also. You'd go broke.

whenever i get a drink from maccas of hjs i ask for coke zero but 9/10 wont drink it coz i dont trust its actually coke zero, and i dont wanna have a mass sugar high....

simply coz they dont give a crap what drink u get

Apparently the the mad bastard is still being evaluated during the trial, and can still be found insane. The problem might be he seems to be highly intelligent. Someone with a low iq could not have done what he did. I may have read it wrong, but is it true that if he is found guilty and sane, that he would only receive 21 years jail.

I don't think he's insane (I'm not qualified to judge though), I just think he has a very extreme-Right outlook on life and acted accordingly.

Norway "has a 21-year maximum sentence for all crimes", but "also has provision for indefinite detention".
