Children 13-17 $10
Under 12 free
Family (2 adults, 2 children) $60

I also heard they are slugging $20 per car on top of those prices- is this true?

No they are not charging for cars this year. I heard people were kicking off last year for having to pay $5 for car park in addition to $20 adult fee. So what the money spinners at Oakbank Racing Club have done is make the car parking "free" but bumped up the adult prices by $10!!!

About the head off for our usual Saturday Oakbank experience, love it! Hope the $30 keeps others away, still great day out when you consider you take all your own food and grog.

This years crowds should be OK
Bit Im predicting next years crowds will drop off
Once the public knows its $30 per head it could well impact on future attendances

Yeah agreed. Only go occasionally more to catch up with mates and have a few drinks as it's only 5 min down the road. Turns into a pretty expensive day though.

how about the adelaide cup

it was $25 this year to get in but $20 with an advertiser voucher.

im sure last year it was $20 entry

just a gimmick, like oakbank this year, free carparking, but to make sure they dont lose out on that revenue they bump up the prices

Haha pretty much
We had one quaddie on with 4 horses in each race. Then had $1 left over so we decided to put it all on favs
Fav missed the jump and still only lost by a nose.

I had Sarcasm to win, He's a Houndog to win, both of them in a tri (from memory with the 15, 16 and the 7) and missed it. The Quinella would've been nice! Happy with the win on HAH but not happy for you missing the quaddie Johno.
