Great pick up if true!! That rumour has been floating around since Christmas though. Thought that he had been overseas and was having a year off??? Oh Riddler...you've done it again!!!

It's bad coaching. Trials as far as I'm concerned are to learn from and perform well in. Maybe Mawson just have to play a few years in Div 6 and they'll no doubt improve. Wont matter anyway coz woody sth were unlucky to go down and will pump all.

No need to apologise mate that's your opinion. If our best 21 was available pretty sure we would have played them but reality was they weren't (for various reasons) so went into the game with different objectives. Question for you Hoodlum If players are carrying a slight niggle & they're in your best 21 why risk them injuring themselves more in a trial? Wouldn't u rest them up in readiness for round 1?

With an average age of 30 its totally understandable - hope they can make it to round 18!

If they count for nothing I dare you to get your club not to play them next year and weigh up ya round 1 form.

But there's niggles and there's niggles. Some times paid players don't wanna risk injuries in an unpaid match( not making accusations ) but it happens. Niggles or not I think it's really important to get ya best squad on the park to view how things gel. Certainly different kettle of fish from 1 trial to the next with our boys. However our coach is all about trialling everything as close to match conditions A's possible. Even pre game routines were focussed on, which I think have benefitted us greatly

Just like the AFL - Crows win NAB cup - top 4 prediction! What a joke!! Ricciutio is a tool!
Get over it, it's a trial! Real stuff starts in 2 weeks, nobody cares about results in trials or if you beat a team by 10 goals or1 point!!! It means nothing come round 1!

That would be incorrect, ineligible last count I'd imagine.

Being very easy to tag may also cost him. Although many are not smart enough too. Will hurt you IF you let him.

Exactly! Here's the fixture for Round 1

Houghton Districts vs Colonel Light Gardens
Lockleys vs Woodville South
Mawson Lakes vs Central United
Ingle Farm vs Adelaide University
Trinity OS vs Blackfriars OS - This game should be a cracker!

my prediction would be all these games will be within 5 goal margins. happy to be proved wrong on the day but with all the off season hype on a handful of the teams in this comp there will be a great deal of interest at around 430 on the 14th. but then again it will only be 1 week of 18.

not so much that lockleys will be no good i think that WS will just be much better. not sure how lockleys will replace martinello plus unsure about their depth if they get a few injuries.

Stubberfield? Really? I wouldn't think he wont get with in probably 50 votes. There are plenty of other in the WS team that are closer to the Association Medal. Sam Skewes and Michael McNeill would be the better ones at $15.00. Also, Cattermole would be a better bet than $18.00 if he plays the whole year
