one of the companies i work for, has a supervisor who has no idea about the modern awards and industrial relations, twas a silly move by the company to put him in that position where he has alienated himself against the 16 staff he manages

Easy solution. Go to work and di a half arsed job. Easier to fire 1 than 16.

The Insanity Streak comic in todays paper, which is surprisingly funny compared to all the other Insanity Streak ones there's been, they are usually sh!thouse. Calvin and Hobbes (my all time favourite), Zits, Herman and Hagar are very funny aswell.
