Paul Thomas also spent a season as a Crows Rookie in the early 2000's and was then drafted in 2005 by Essendon after winning the Magarey Medal the year before. James Mieklejohn was on the Swans list, Brett Backwell played at Carlton as Dedja said and yes, Michael Newton had been on Melbourne's list.

It's Tim's brother Terry who is on St Kilda's AFL list and made his debut on the weekend just gone against the Power.

Tim Milera was on the Crows Rookie list but quit footy for a while to return home to Ceduna but I beleive is now back playing local footy.
