I can only remember PH kicking 2 goals in the A grade and Seaton would of been close to kicking 20. PH having only 19 for the b grade game and 21 for the A grade and i'm pretty sure there where a couple playing both games.

Normal for this time of year to have guys backing up in 2 games. Did B Mc Murray and M Travis play for PH??????

Mc Murray did but no Travis.. Travis has a small injury from cricket

Heard from one of the lads at work that PH had about 20 blokes out due to other commitments, any truth ?

Not quite 20, but we did have a few out for various reasons, should have a good hit out next weekend, looking forward to the start of the season.

Surely the highlight of the night at Argana Park tonight was the goalkicking 'contest' after training ;)

Bridgewater driving down the hill to the Daly Dome for a hitout against Hectroville tomorrow. Should be a good hitout for bridgewater after a disappointing year in 2011 as they look to build with their young side.

Heccies should be looking to hit their straps in their 3rd trial before a week off and then opening game against plympton. Playing at home on the big daly oval after a long preseason will bring some joy after 2 games on smaller ovals in previous weeks.

Also bringing some joy will be the smell of the famous hectorville kransky from the BBQ!!!

Not sucking up. D. Walton is short of confidence. Just helping him out ;)

GG played Mitcham out at Harper's Field Yesterday.

Was a genuinley good game and tight contest for most of the day. Was impressed with one of there key forwards (Quin?). Proved to be a bit of a handful for us until we shuffled the back 6.

We kicked away in the last quarter and ending up winning by about 5 or goals i think. I honestly wasnt paying much attention to the score so apologies to Mitcham crew if it wasnt quite that much.

They had great run from their back half and had us done around the stoppages in the first quarter and a bit. Was expected a bit not playing our first choice ruckman (Lepka).

Difference for us for this trial compared to our narrow lossess vs salisbury and kersbrook is the execution was much better. Encouraging signs heading into Rd 1 but a long way to go. Good to be a Div 3 side we couldnt beat last year as well.

No doubt Choccies will give a much better summary of the day than me

Nope pretty much spot on BB. Quinn ??.... was a standout up forward clunking everything and finishing his opportunities well and after being 7 goals down early in the 2nd quarter we slowly started to get a bit of momentum and rhythm and clean ball movement. We started to win the 50/50 contests and ran well for each other. I'd say coach Mitchell would be very happy with that effort.... with a few to come back in too...
I love grapes. With grapes, you always get another chance. You know, if you have a crappy apple or a peach, you’re stuck with that crappy piece of fruit. If you have a crappy grape, no problem-just move on to the next. ‘Grapes: The Fruit of Hope.

Scotch won look solid I heard. CBC had about half of a team out with the star recruits playing with someone staying they look like they grab a bunch of players off the street. This was CBC only trial before round 1.
