Also, will we get a decent turn out of Norwood supporters for this match?

Norwood should win by 6 goals + I think we have the right blend of youth and experience. Blow what Centrals supporters have to say i have a right to say what I want and not get hounded. As far as i can see Centrals will struggle this year......

I'm tipping readings not your strong point.

From the three trials I've seen this year, we're going to struggle until we get a forward to help westhoff (his form one of the few trial positives). Without Callinan, we've lost a few goals per game also. Too close to call.

Sorry, it is just that you stated that Central supporters have been gloating about how great our side is etc etc, yet there is not a single comment on this thread that reads anywhere along those lines. If anything, we admit that we are not that strong this week yet.
Sorry about my comment but stupid comments re Centrelink, cars being stolen etc. got to me. This is mainly because my car door was kicked in after a match at Norwood Oval a couple of years ago.

Our welcome Norwood guests should be reminded that on match days, FREE parking is available in the High School across the road from the Goodman Rd. entrance to the Oval. Possibly the shortest walk from your car to the game in the SANFL. One of, at the very least.

A security guard monitors the area, up until the carpark closes, usually about an hour after a game (but possibly sooner at night).

When you get hungry, BBQ facilities are available at the main canteen in the SW pocket, and on the Northern hill (temp) next to the bar, to help you get a feed. I can guarantee it's better quality than Sturt's BBQ, but probably not as good as West's. And it's cheaper than yours.

So feel welcome, park free, eat cheap, and please don't leave with the points.

Good post Doddy, hopefully there's a decent crowd to experience a good game of footy (I know your mob will deliver on the night, just hope ours can).

Well said Doddy, and agree with everything you said about the food, parking but not the points, we are hungry in more ways than one

Looking forward to a great game as has become the norm between our 2 clubs.

In fairness to Central fans who have been gloating, our side HAS been pretty great over the last 12 years just quietly.

Message from Centurion to Norwood fans: He has one spare place for the the pre-match food and drink if anyone is interested, just reply here.

If you are keen but are part of a group of more than 1, it's $65 per extra person.

Also includes halftime drinks and food AND admittance to the game.

My SIL (Son in Law) mad keen Norwood supporter, as he should, went to the Presidents function at the Pondersa when we last went to see Centrals play with Norwood (read that as you will  ) he said the food and service was excellent and so was the guest speaker so this is a top offer by Centurion, take it up Norwood fans. I can't, am on a serious diet (result of recent heart attack)
