It was a great arvo and fine during the reserves but there was a downpour just before the main match started last night.

Disappointing loss, especially after we conquered the West Adelaide flood before half time.

Although we got belted in the 2nd half, we'll still finish above West Adelaide at the end of the year. There is no way the Football gods will allow that sort of system to prosper long term! ;)

I think we are all a bit wary after our start last year and where we finished. Personally I expected to beat South ( as mentioned in the pre game thread)

Yep I agree it was disappointing crowd .

Thought they would get over 2500 considering it was the only game on . Maybe people were interested in the GWS game more???

Also talking to a few west and south supporters there last night the $14.00 ticket price plus $5.00 to park your car @ noarlunga is not really going down that well with the punters!!!!

westies need to bottle what ever was sed, or done after half time, after listering to the broadcast last night, it seems kicking direct straight down the middle is the way to go, instead of this sideways, backwards game plan we have had for to long.

I'm very disappointed with South... I expected them to win... such a good finish last season and really they should be looking at nothing short of a finals appearance this year and trying to make the prelim.

... to do that, they have to sweep aside teams like West at home and under lights.

Very poor. Very poor crowd too.

Hopefully it's a one off shocker and they wake themselves up for the next game!

The crowd was what I expected , these 2 clubs dont draw a crowd. $5 entry for the car is ridiculous .

Yeah, but you run the risk of returning to your car to find it up on cinderblocks...

How much is it at other grounds? I parked mine at Unley last year and paid $65.
