will play at Kenilworth I am hearing
Not as clear cut as what it probably looks like, is going to the Community Footy Board for a hearing if my info is correct
to put it simply he was a Kenilworth junior when he was drafted - those that know the rules like the great man John Schultz does will know he needs to be cleared from Kenilworth before he goes anywhere else
I am thinking that a certain non SAAFL Club may have done their sign on $$$ cold

If he was a shred of a man he'd give them back their sign on fee.

legally if this guy has signed a contract and accepted payment then he will be legally bound to any terms in this document, only way out would be a mutual agreement which would involve repaying any money paid. The club has the right to get there money back if this player wont play and could stop him playing this year if he refuses.

I was under the same impression mate, thinking he played his last junior game at Portland, I tought that he was at Portland and then went to Kenilworth after his family moved down south 2-3 years ago? but never played a game there because of his commitments to Port and then the Crows.
