Adelaide $26 to finish top at end of minor round

As much as it hurts to say I think this is great value.

Any thoughts?

At those odds it's worth a wager.
Even if Adelaide had showed poor pre-season form it wouldn't have made me waver from my prediction that they will be massive improvers under Brenton Sanderson.

When picking a top 8 at the beginning of the season, it's amazing how many pundits go for an almost mirror image of the previous year. It seems nobody's prepared to back an outsider to make a climb up the ladder.

geelong missing the finals is more likely than Adelaide finishing top due to their agening list.

Exactly! We had a soft draw last year. Gotta be good enough to make the most of it though.
