Meh, regular season form. Best team all year, well balanced, should be too good.

Dad's army in Grade 7 is the roughie, the East haven't lost a game all season but Westies have about 3 million games experience.
Oz to turn it on in his farewell match with ABBA's "Thankyou for the music" playing as he walks off the field.
ATCO has the upper hand against Craigmore in Grade 2 but will they get McIvered?
Rosies are the current form side in Grade 3.
The Teachers wont be able to back up last week's miracle again.
The Units just too strong in Grade 5, they have a bit of everything in that side.
TTG will put the "Sleeperhold" on OTH in Grade 6.
Daniel "missing link" Jenner to win the Chas Brownlow by two votes over Andy, with Big Al to get up by one vote against Pyan Parker in Grade 2.

Yeah we will be. Some very very disappointed people in the changerooms after the game Saturday. I didn't realise just how much it meant to some people. Some unfinished business for alot of us. We were desperate to play A1 cricket next year which will give us motivation for next season.

Think Brahma are promoted next season, so should be good to play them at least.

yeah im sure you guys are very disapointed m8 but im sure with the side you have you will be back up there next season....and back to playing against brahma hey im sure you will love that they have done well again this season and i think they will win it...you playing indoor this season????

I agree LM, not all one way traffic. This one may be over on Saturday or go down to 530 on Sunday.
Both teams should be confident after winning easily in the semi finals, I think the winner will be the team who handles the extra pressure of the GF.
Both sides have a blend of youth and experience but I think the youth of Craigmore showed last week that they can handle the pressure and were the better bats imthe semi.
Obviously my money is on Craigmore but this game should be a belter.

Both teams have a great blend of youth and experience, I think ATCO have a deeper bowling attack and you guys have a stronger batting line up. I'd like to see Dylan top up and put the game out of reach for the Hornets, will be tough conditions aswell it seems.

No Rain hopefully.

Showers forecast for Saturday and mainly fine on Sunday.

Hoping the showers clear so play can start on time and there are no interruptions so the best team over 2 days wins in all finals.

Dylan is batting well at the moment and has had a fantastic season after doing his knee during the winter, I think he has made over 700 runs for the season, he started in the D grade and built up some confidence in the knee and has been a great inclusion into the A grade since Xmas. The other young players have also done well and all the work put into them
In the past by a lot of people is now paying off and got us back to Grade 1. We have a few other younger players playing innthe lower grades who will take over from the older guys in years to come so the future looks good. Hopefully we win on the weekend and are competitive in grade 1 next season.

Go the CCC Blues!!!

Hey LM do you know anything about the rumour S. Keylock has been sniffing around Central United looking for a div 1 gig next season? Apparently rumour has it CU have told him its a "NO DEAL" and he has more chance of suiting up for Smithfield next season in div 1..

Have also heard with the new footy coach from Paralowie and the dramas in the churches assoc, that Shaun Holland and Aaron Frith will play cricket at the units next season along with maybe couple others..

Although I seriously doubt that you have heard that, I think you might find that after getting up on Sunday morning and being able to walk without it hurting that he is considering not suiting up period next season, seems sitting with the scorers and watching with a cool bevvie is sounding like a pretty good idea at the moment
But you run with whatever sounds more realistic big fella.
