There's no way somebody as good looking as you in the flesh could be that natural without any make up on

True mate, though it would be remiss of me not to mention and thank the team behind the looks. Cheryl from hair dressing, Suzie from make up, and Rhonda my pilates and nutrition advisor. thanks girls.

Big rumour is G.Kells to be promoted to the A grade this week at Para Vista for the GF against his football team mates in Rose Park. Kells v O'Gorman on the lip would be worth the entry fee alone!

We could have Clarke vs Smith or MacDonald vs Marshall which would bore the hell out of everyone, or we could give the fans what they want and play O'Gorman vs Kells. At least that would bring more people to the cricket than just Goat Herder and Smasha.

There is no doubt Richard ‘Do you know who I am?’ Marshall will be at St.Pauls College on Saturday. He wouldn’t dare play B grade. That grade is for loud mouths like Greg Kells!

Which Church is Rose Park associated with. Or is it the Churchies vs the Non-Churchies in the Churches Grand Final on Saturday? :?

What to now for the stand alone clubs in this comp like Paralowie, Magill, Enfield, Central Mission, Western X1, Wingfield and Brooklyn Park when they can't even beat Para Vista Lutheran and Adelaide Lutheran's B grade when it matters?

:? Not sure your post makes much sense, 1st of all im pretty sure that Enfield has 3 sides, I thought Magill had 2 and some of those sides dont even play PV or AL B grade :?

What are you trying to get at here jugs? Are you having a go at the comp for not all clubs being associated with a church or what? I cant really see what angle your working here champ.

And as for the sides that "cant win when it matters" Obvisouly we'll hit the track harder next season so we can be like you jugs that must've never lost a final in your amazing career

Whilst Rose Lakes seems as tho they are success story of the year would you think that come 5pm next saturday should Para Vista get up?

Rose park have obivously clearly had the better year hence finishing minor premier but does that mean anything other than a home ground advantage the next 2 weekends? I would say NO.

In div2 this year there were 2 clear stand outs yet come the first final both had a bad day which resulted in both losing thats the way it goes. (Unless your jugs who has never had a bad day)

Both sides have match winners although both seem confident of winning. (Vista thinking Rose park are a 3 man team and Rose Park thinking Vista are stuck up full of them selfs arrogant pricks ;) )

I'm sure Vista will target McDonald and Reidy as Rose Park will Target Smith and Marshall as the big wickets. IMO Vista have an edge in the batting stocks in terms of depth after the 'big 2' and experience on the big stage.

But in the bowling stocks i think Rose Park have the honors there with Clarke and Henderson on the front row.

I know its stating the obvious but win the toss bat first in such an even match 200 on the board will take a hell of a running down.

Vitsa just for me. Grand Final experience to get them across the line

Nice little wrap up mate. Ever considered a career in sports journalism?? ;)

You can't buy experience in big games and knowing how to get the job done. Just ask Centrals since 2000, or the Port sides in the 90's in the SANFL. Shouldn't have won as many as they did, but found the will to win when the chips were down in Finals.

Having said that, the pressure's all on Rose Lakes on their home postage stamp & having earned the right to host the GF with a solid minor round. It's up to them to break 'The Streak' & reclaim some of the success they enjoyed once upon a time in Independent Central, but have never transferred that into the merged comp as yet. Do they have the passion to win without losing first, as many good sides do? Will the pressure-cooker of hosting the GF & the stakes on the line play on their minds?? Time will tell I guess. ;)

I've got a feeling in my water that someone you haven't mentioned will make this match his own and put himself & his side (PV of course! ;) ) into the history books with Div flag #13, BUT I won't mention his name here & put undue pressure on him. The cream rises to the top when it matters most, and I've no doubt he will.

Didn't Reidy & McDonald fail on the weekend and yet Rose Park still made 200? Pretty sure they bat all the way down to 11 carey.

Another great post by 'The Messiah'!
Have you even seen Rose Park play this year oh great one? The fact you still call their oval a postage stamp suggests you haven't.

I like your reverse psychology though by trying to put ALL the heat on Rose Park and not Para Vista by comparing Vista to the powerhouse football clubs in the state, genius stuff ;) Tell me when will Vista apply to join the Grade Cricket comp?

Is this player who will make this game his own a little left handed opening batsman who plays in your association side? If so i'm sure the opposition are well aware of him and will be doing all they can to stop not only him but 10 of his team mates too.
