if PV and AL make the div 2 GF i will retire from cricket! AL are terrible and without Semmler they wouldn't have won half there games as for PV we beat them twice.. enough said really!! ;)
just on another topic, how did M.Borgas manage to get a permit to play in AL 'C' grade on the weekend when he has played all his games in the B's especially after scoring 87 in round 10!! :shock 200 runs at an average of 33 from 8 games

Hang on a second, Enfield was the only team we didn't beat... We've beaten some good sides, maybe you guys just got us on bad days, especially in the first match, played with ten, including three late fill-ins...

As for Borgy, I think if all of a clubs' sides make finals, it doesn't particularly matter who plays where... Maybe O2 or Ecky can clarify the legalities. Borgas not playing in the B's and Lutherans still making a good score against Paralowie kind justifies their decision anyways...

If you are going to retire, I won't make half as many ducks with the bat next season, so I'll be trying my best for Para Vista B to uphold our side of the bargain on Saturday!

Bragging about Enfield 'A' bearly beating a 10man PV'B' with late fillins and injured regulars first time 'round. Must be a highlight. [-X
Return leg PV had a bad day. Some calls just go against ya some days (if you know what i mean).

Must admit, there is more than a slight chance of last years Div 3 finalists playing off in Div 2. Plently of work to do Tomorrow.
With no March action this year, would have thought OBB would retire anyway.
There are two sides out there today, only one is playing cricket. Us of course.

The Gully to Paralowie rumor appears to be gaining some serious momentum.. Can you enlighten us OBB?

Fitzies B grade went down to Enfield B at the dome. So Enfield v ........... in Div 3 GF.

Last game for one of our oldest and longest serving players, JL. Super player, Super bloke. The Enfield players clapped him off which was very appreciated by the large and good looking crowd.

Noel craig, diamond duck....what more can i say. Personally i thought there was an easy couple there but apparently not.

That's the beauty of Finals mate - anything can happen. Not much can happen, however, for the teams who didn't win enough games, and therefore weren't good enough to make it. That's the general idea of playing minor round matches ay??

A move to Mawson Lakes North might be a good move for you though, as you seem to have been caught up in the whining, 'poor me' attitude of Enfield with the rest of the muppets!?? :? Don't mind that you've got an All-Australian representative running around in C Grade. That's perfectly okay. But the whole world is against Enfield because a 46yo bloke plays a D Grade match. Not to mention the fact that a certain Enfieldian, who's more than happy to play 2-3 grades lower than he should & tear apart D Grade attacks year in year out, who might just happen to be on the Association Executive Committee, threatens legal action against the very Association he supposedly represents over this bullshit permit issue! I mean, get a ******* life!! I was lucky enough to win 6 Div 1 flags, but I'm still waiting for MY sheep station..?!?? Once the season's done, if this individual doesn't step aside from his position, I seriously hope they boot his sorry ass. The last thing we need in our 'ranks' are peanuts like this running the show!

Oh yeah, and good luck to all teams playing GF's this weekend, especially PV... ;)
