The flashest club with the money duznt mak it the best club. Have a look at Central Augusta !

Clearly there was more to the story than that and with spelling like that maybe your the little kid..

Nah Im not a little kid, wish I was. Just sayin how can you say your club is better then anyone elses. Glad I didnt play there if yous are all this sooky!
And make sure you spell properly if you are going to pick at us other bad spellers.

Is the more to the story you say about a joke at roopena after they lost?

Not sure if Bluey has ever set foot in the roos as i've been there on match nights and the number of families and young kids buzzin around far outways any other people. If anything the introduction of there own netball team really adds to the family atmosphere enabling the whole family to be there rather than dad being at 1 place and mum at another, making it a true country footy club. Ever club has it families and characters thats why we love being apart of them, to bad mouth other clubs is ridiculous.

Well said! When people do this it doesnt send a good picture of their own club.

Whats all the talk over that way? Who is looking the goods? When are the trial games?

Was he talking about last year? I think Roos don't have many points to work with given their successes in recent years.

Do any clubs play trial games? It's just the West End Cup again or is that cancelled now?

Norths play a trial on 24 March against a Pt Augusta team (west maybe?). Centrals are apparently playing one that night. West end cup is still happening.

This is an interesting scenario !!!!
The only reason he hasnt been signed by Roopena was that he is still contracted to Weeroona Bay and this will still stand you would think even if he is trying to go to a new league.
Watch this space I would say

I'd say the Bays would be more likely to release him to West than they would to Roos. Lol

Probably rite there Onsong but going on previous attempts by other clubs to get Bays players out of contracts they simply won't let them go.
North's tried to get Anthony Malcolm a while back and West Whyalla tried to get Jacob Mills and both were rejected.
The Bays simply make them stay the length of the contract which in reality that's what should happen unless the player is leaving town or something similar and no point keeping them to it if they aren't even leaving in Whyalla.

I thought unless a player owes money to that club, there is no other contract they can legally not clear a player from, other than the community football board contract?

Why i agree if someone signs a contract they should fulfill it, why would you actually want someone at your club if they don't want to be there?
