Agreed, I like Christian but he isn't an international cricketer just doesn't do any one thing well enough.

With Starc, he could have been "rested" ahead of Harris, but they probably want to make sure of Harris' fitness, and didn't see the winless Sri Lankan's as a threat. Epic fail.

You would have to say with Cummins and Pattinson when they are fit, Starc would be lucky to make the Aus squad. But in saying that, I'm happier about his selection than 35-year old Brett Lee.

Couldn't agree more. He's was looking rather stupid mouthing off while Dilshan was belting him to all parts of the ground.

That's how he rolls, then picks up a tail-ender and does a lovely heel-tap.

No spell or innings before today has made us say he's an international gun.

Wait for a few more consistent performances before saying he's awesome.

Thisara Perera hurt himself after five balls.

Aside from a useless match V India, where he took 4/, he's been useless.
Not a huge loss for the final, but he's out.

And OnSong, not yet.
Consistent performances, yes.

SL win, well done to them. 8)

I'm glad because I prefer SL and this way there will be no Sachin ton in Australia.

15 innings, no hundreds. Way to go Sachin.
