Well I don't think Ware has actually put pen to paper, so if other clubs want him onboard it's not too late, but they better "SHOW HIM THE MONEY!!!"

I think you have heard wrong panther ,!!

Knowing that P32 is very close to Ware he may be onto something?? (I suggest if interested PM P32 as I believe he is now Elijah's manager whilst he is living in Darwin  ). Also saw Motlop in the TAB the other week (maybe having a bet with his sign on fee  ) and he seemed like he was in pretty good condition.

Pretty good source grasshopper, heard it was a verbal agreement but no paperwork signed yet.

A lot of talk about mannum here and there new recruits but I think they will still struggle. Plenty of loses and once again, recruiting with dollars and not with sense.

so what recruits don't make sense to you, if you were in charge and had lost 7+ players from your A side what would you be doing?

I am sure most of these guys can play, they all seem to come with good wraps. The reason I say that is that Mannum have a history of spending big $ on big name players that are quite often past there best and are only playing for the cash. It seems that some of these players could be just that, money grabbers that are just happy to get there pay packet at the end of the day, win or loss.

Any news on if Gerardis is staying on? And how is Hall travelling?

yeah i get your point there biffboy, hopefully these new recruits of ours will fill the wraps they have come with. Geradis will not be staying on and Hall is looking mighty fit and currently has great feeling hamstrings , not that i have felt them personally but he's taking good care of them :D . it is shaping up to be a good season with most clubs appearing to have recruited well, Imps to me seem to be the ones to beat, really looking forward to seeing meningie this year and how much extra people come through the gates to see motlop and mcleod play, should be a win for most clubs.

Sorry if this has already been talked about on this forum but is the Imps recruit Philip Smith the one who was dominating down the South-East a couple of years back?

Anyone care to guess on which team will provide the Bears with their first win of 2012? Obviously a lot of attention will be on containing motlop and ware in the early rounds; this could be enough to keep them chasing their first win - as someone said before they have a large goal difference to make up as do Talem.
Is the draw out?

I can't see them making huge strides at this point. Lost their top 6-7 players and have only recruited two? Im tipping Motlop will be a matchwinner some games, barely noticeable in others.

There's a clearance currently for the forward from KI (Bruggemann) who kicked 50 goals last year, although not in a particularly strong league.

Also linked to Stone a midfielder from Berri, plus Ware and Motlop.
