Might be one of the Fitzgeralds, but I thought someone said they both played Div 3 last year, & Iggies were div 2. Actually Teaoby u probably rucked against him

That would be handy if one of iggies endless "monsters" would go to mypo. They have had 3 very good ruckman over the past 3 years. None of whom is a Fitzgerald though.
Sharr, Boyd and Calabrese are the 3. All 6'5 plus and all good around the ground. Mypo are lucky if they have any of them.

Have Harvey and Pech been training with Manumn?
What do they look like on the track.
Don't expect Harvey to spend to much of his huge player payments in the club one of the biggest misers god ever put on earth.
Both can play and will be better pick up than kennedy.
Casey Thomas is also good player and can play both ends of the ground.
3 good pick ups.

yep both have been training and look good, Pech is an absolute fitness freak, in a 5km time trial he lapped most of the group twice and looked like he could go on forever, seems to have great endurance. Casey Thomas is a big unit and should be another good pickup for his. At this stage i can't complain about the new guys

Mannum have purchased some strong bluechip shares for their portfolio.
Pech will kick 60 odd goals if rested up forward, be surprised if Harvey boy doesn't receive another meadal for his collection.
Thomas will control the back six.

Pech will be a great in this year. But harvey's best football is well behind him. In saying that he will still or should have a pretty good impact in this league. But as for adding another medal to his name is a big call as he Would probably struggle to be in the best 8 or 10 players in the comp. And one would think if tyson waite is playing a whole season with the blues as speculated it will take a massive effort to beat him for the medal. If the word is true he is fitter and stronger thus year than he was last year if thats possible.

so a guy who won the mail medal last year and runner up the previous 3 seasons doesn't have much left in him??? i agree he might not get another medal but i think he still has a fair bit to offer

Not sure where i stated he hasn't got anything left to offer simply said that i believe his best football is behind him. Also pretty sure he didn't win the medal last year it was the year before that. Not at any stage did i say the bloke can't play because obviously he can. For mannums sake i hope he does tear the competition appart or they may be left wondering why they are handing out the big pay checks at 5:30 every saturday.

That's what they said about John Howard just before he became the 2nd longest serving PM Australia ever had.

Heap of clearances are up

A lot of talk about mannum here and there new recruits but I think they will still struggle. Plenty of loses and once again, recruiting with dollars and not with sense. Tailem sounding like a contender although they probably have to make up 10 goals a game.

Jervois should improve as should mypo with a heap of ex locals returning, we may drop of but seem to have recruited well despite big loses so may be around the mark. Still potentially have a massive zero pointer in.

Meninge a big unknown, a lot of loses but may be a surprise packet with plenty of points to use.

IMO imps will be the team to beat, especially with Waite looking as fit as he ever has. Any news on wether seyers will be
Playing again?

Yeah, I noticed the 3 Meningie OUTS to Kingston, although the Bears will have 5 or 6 very good players, their depth may be what they struggle with. Did see Motlop post on Twitter the other day that he thought he'd go undefeated though :)

Heard Mots has been in a very good paddock as well since finishing with the Power. Someone said he looked like he had put on about 12kgs! He is also a regular at his local chicken and chip shop at Henley, I saw the owner the other day and they had upgraded the datsun to a BMW with the increased income... ;)

Well I don't think Ware has actually put pen to paper, so if other clubs want him onboard it's not too late, but they better "SHOW HIM THE MONEY!!!"
