I got told by one of our dickbag sales reps not to admit fault to customers, even if we stuffed up, because they could sue us. Surely hes on drugs...A small mistake by our company (not me). I say "sorry for the mix up, it was our mistake, we're fixing it right now" and apparently the company can be sued? Next time Im gonna tell the customer it was their fault their goods took an extra couple of days to dispatch, and they should pick up their game...see how he likes THAT!!!
