I've discovered how easy it is to make omelette's, been giving them a thrashing over the past couple of weeks.
I've been chopping up some bacon, red onion, capsicum, tomato and cooking them first on the side, then adding them to the omelette with some cheese when almost cooked...................................sensational.

Kids love them too.

Reliance on Prostate Specific Antigen levels is not a good idea.
While they can be used to predict, roughly, the general probability of cancer, being able to feel the difference between a "rubbery" enlargement and a hard, craggy, one is more reliable.
Ideally, both should be done.
