Awesome. right there
thanks mate, i thought so. it really got me, and still does now. i realise it wont last, before i know it she will be a teenager and "hate" me (hopefully not really, but i expect she might say it), but ill take it while i can get it. if only they could stay that age forever. actually i am also kinda looking forward to her being old enough to buy me a beer, but i can wait.
Mate my little girl just turned one. She comes up for cuddles and now is trying to walk.
probably about a year a nd a bit ago, my lad would have been nearly 4, mrs. tbb, tbb jr. and I were at a playground. the gromit was running around as they do, his mother and i just sitting on a park bench just chillin, when junior ran up to us with two kids in tow and said........
"this is my mum and dad. they're super awesome, and they're my best mates forever" gave us each a hug, gave me a 'shake & bake', then ran off back to the playground with his new found mates.
did bring a tear to the missus' eyes, and i wasn't too far off. just a moment in time that i'll never forget till the day i die.
