Blunder with the umpires, didn't count one over right in the Indian innings and they counted 5 deliveries and not 6, which means that either team could have won. India could have taken a single and SL could have taken a wicket.

I find it hard to fathom a five-ball over happening at this level.
When we one the Big Bash final, Richardson bowled a five ball over, everyone started to get ready for the next over, and he had to come back and bowl the ball straight away.

Regardless, a missing ball in the middle 30-overs may well have been patted back down the pitch, you couldn't well say to Dhoni, "will give you a fixer upper, here's an extra ball at the end of the dig."
