Yep, cos the rapid fire switching coaches fixes everything doesn't it?

FFS, every coach we've had has tried to address the problems, yet the SACA refuse to change it. Sacking the coach is playing into the old sticks hands. That's what they want.

Time for fergy to fire and win the match. Hopefully the talk about him moving up to play under boof in Queensland is rubbish as well

And for people calling for chuck's head get a grip of your self. If the redbacks win the ryobi cup next Saturday he would have won 2 out of the four trophies and that's a huge improvement, they are on the up.

Dont know about on the way up.
Won a meaningless trophy last season and in the same comp finished near bottom this year.
Have done well in the Ryobi this season.
Getting worse in the only format that counts though, will finish this season with one of the worst points tallies ever.
3 consecutive wooden spoons, 2 wins in 09/10, 1 win last year and none this year.
We are getting worse if anything.

I have to agree. We seem to be getting worse each year in the longer version of the game.

The one that counts for who?
I remember a packed house at the Big Bash final last year.
Watching previous Shield finals, doesn't seem like half the interest
I would go as far to say as the limited overs formats are far more popular to the SA public, only cricketing purists care about the longer form.
Don't get me wrong, I love shield cricket, but to rant about "the one that counts" all the time, I believe, is a misrepresentation and entirely presumptuous.

I'm not so sure.

4 day cricket and Test Cricket are quite a bit more relevant than 50 over games and 20/20.

SACA Spuds. Every bloody year, seriously CA need to bring in some sort of relegation system we don't deserve to be playing in the Sheffield Shield comp.

The strength of our Shield comp has always been a part of why our test side has been so good.
Four day cricket is far more important than the other formats
