SAFooty's favourite Steve Smith continued his good season with the bat. :D

And if your going to pump him up when he makes a few, I'll bring him down when he doesn't.

SPuD Smith - 0 off 4 balls........ ;)

TA 392
COWAN 65[124]

TRIFFITT 69[92] making plenty of runs batting 7-8 this season, much improved
Quite an astonishing innings, all the batsman that got out made double figures

EAST COAST SMITH 1/73[20]
The spin twins were creamed

NS 8/146
Were 6/77
NEVILL 47*[119]
EAST COAST SMITH 0 [4]
THE NATH 9[32]
An almost astonishment
all the bowlers who took wkts got 2 each
You could say it was a team effort by TA in this game
Mr JACK BIRD 2/28[14] has this : 492 balls 14/212 in the SS this season , strike rate of about 35 !

With 2 days left it looks a TA 6 pointer

Lalor plays for NSW and has shown some success. Backtrack a game, and wearing the Blue Cap Kurtis Patterson scored a hundred.

Lets not wait and see if they can show consistency, let's get em both in the Test side... Seems to be the done thing for a NSWman.

TA 392
NS 264
good recovery
were
6/77
7/103
8/146
9/236
264
NEVILLE 112*[217] Last season I had thought he was very ordinary, not any more

TA 0/190 are cruising

NSW spin twins so far

THE RITZ
2/102 + 0/71 = 2/173
EAST COAST SMITH
1/73 + 0/44 = 1/117

3/290 off 73 overs, thats a poor return
But in all fairness to EC SMITH, is that HauRITZ did get the new ball in the 2nd innings

Henriques with back to back ducks. Got to be the biggest flop ever, considering the hype.

NSW avoided the outright loss.
At one stage were 8/223 with 20 overs remaining but managed to bat out the rest of the day and end up 8/292
Tassie blew a golden chance to go outright second on table

Good save by NSW in their away game in Canberra ....
Ben Rohrer batted at 10 both innings
made 33[97] first innings
made 49[61] second innings
Im not shocked he batted 10, after all Hauritz and Doherty took the new ball in this game
TA hadem on toast twice in this game, but couldnt finish em off

LADDER
30 QL Will those 3 gimme points they muffed v VI bitem later ?
20 WA Surprise packet, always good on paper and usually shit on grass this mob
16 TA Couldnt nail NS which could be costly
12 VI Missing Pattinson/Siddle but bat deep
08 NS Cant expect much more from the NSW 2nd eleven
02 SA Can leap up the ladder as play at Gabba and Bellrieve in the new year !

BETFAIR markets to win the SS

QL $2-10
WA $4-10
TA $5-50
VI $8-00
NS $26-00
SA $100-00

Over 3.2: Bird to Hughes, no run, OUT, short of a length at the body, jumps uncomfortably, ball takes the glove and lobs up over his head, Jones scrambles from behind the stumps, dives full length and takes it just above the ground

Hughes out for 1

Currently monitoring Steve Smith's form, 14 no...... 8)

On cricinfo.com it says that Coyte is debuting for NSW in the first class arena. Now im sure he has played a game in the 4 day format before. So i clicked on the name and up popped Sarah Coyte, the sister. Surely this is a mistake?

NSW 2/161 after being sent in to bat.

Katich has just retired hurt after top edging a bounce and splitting him open. Unable to stop the bleeding. He is 46* (r.h).

Rohrer is the new batter on 0* and Steve Smith is 87*
