Fitzroy B Grade bowled Western X1 out for 95. All 4 bowlers used took wickets.
We are 3-45 in reply.

we got atca first game......they will still be strong as they play for sheep stations,

Match is at Kilburn Oval, Cougs.

I agree with you guys - scheduling this SAMCA round the same day as the Aussies trot out at Adelaide Oval in a ODI is just bullsh!t. It's not so bad for a massive comp like ATCA, but for smaller comps like us it's just a killer! We had about 8-9 lads rock up to training before the first round of the U21's, whereas ATCA had a staggering 50 lads throw their hat into the selection ring! Yes, you read right - 50!! :? If not for the tireless efforts of OB, we wouldn't have fiedled an U21's side in the first round.

They've seriously got to decide if they want to promote T20 SAMCA matches or the 40 over stuff. And a little consideration for the International schedule wouldn't go astray either.

I'll let Dutchy post the Senior side for this Sunday vs ATCA, but we weren't able to scrape together an U21's side. Even Paralowie manage to suit up more than 5 on any given Saturday. ;)

PS; Understand your decision Smasha.. 8)

On a better note i will post the side to take on the ATCA this sunday at Kilburn oval at 10.30am. I would ask that as many of you get out and support as possiable. I know its sh!thouse timing but this is not the players fault.

Although ATCA have 4,962 players to choose from and we are just a small association we have fielded the strongest side we had available and i am more than happy to lead this side on to the park come sunday.

Shaun Holland (Paralowie) Capt.
Ash McDonald (Rose Park) V/Capt
Tim Hodson (Para Vista)
Micheal Mestroni (Magill)
Jemery Borgas (Adel Luth)

Matt Trianos (Seaton)
Adam Harris (Seaton) W/K
Jarrad Mcloud (Para Vista)
Jeff Clarke (Rose Park)
Adam Gully (Enfield)
Micheal Spry (Fitzroy)
