Down&Out wrote:Just heard todays scores- peake same old same old- apparently 3 goals down at 3/4 time????? Karoonda real story- seems to be a big upset there and lameroo prove they are still going to be around the mark.
Paralowie boys- interseted to see your first impressions?? Crowmuncher I am sure you have something to add!

well i could'nt really say to much mate as i did'nt really set the world on fire they had 3 players that were the differance there ruckmen dont know his name number 44 josh richardson killed us was all over the ground stong as umpire's love him tho. u touch him and he'll get a free kick but he was very good and number 5 bruce some 1 his the 1 that was given the ball to richo them 2 around the stoppages were the differance and the fact that we pretty much gave up in the last 1/4 that was dissapointing that we did'nt fight it out but hopefully the boys learn from it.
to be 19 points up at 1/4 time 16 points down at half time 25 points down at 3/4 time and lose by 100 points is very average but hopefully it wont happen again we'll be doing our best to make sure it doesnt .

i meet crowmuncher sat. night seems like a nice bloke its funny i hated him till i meet him ......................

yeah a little we played a really good 1st 1/4 but i think the boys thought it might just happen after that .
sounds stupid getting done by 100 points BUT there is plenty to take of that game so as i said hopefully we do i still think we will be ok in the long run it may just take a bit of time

Dogwatcher i dont think it is a lot of work to do i just think it is a culture change we have to make happen. I mean to be up at 1/4 time and still in the game at 3 qtr time means a lot to the guys if they think about it. We had at least 5 or 6 out and if that is the best team running around should give the guys a bit if confidence. Dutchy and co will tell you they had a very ordinary day and some of the umpiring leaves a lot to be desired. You cannot even have a marking contest at the moment without it bing in the back or play on!. Hopefully the guys will never let it happen again and get a differnt mindset and pride in there performance. Best part of last sat is that we get to do it all again this week.

Do tell Big Dog
Do they have a ute muster out the front?
Do they have that gun game deer hunter or just a sheep shearing simulator?

Nice that you can get some positives out of it boys.
Not often you can do that after a belting of that sort of proportions.

ughhhh the Woolshed. Only good thing about that joint is that there's a pizza bar about two doors down!

Although - there was this time I watched a barely legal teen ride the bull with no underwear on under her short skirt.
Not sure which was the longer after she got off it - the line to ride the bull, or the line to ride her...

what i did notice after the game was that blokes were really pissed off which is a good thing, last few years it was like we did ok for 3 quaters one bad one no one thought we would win anyway so lets go to the bar and get on the piss
