If what I heard is true then North Haven will have a few quality ins for this season

Even with a few quality ins we can't be regered as a force in div 5 this season if we don't find a quality ruckmen who can win the taps and give what could be a quality midfield and forward line first use to be able to put a score on the board. Finding a quality ruckmen is crucial to premiership chances, don't pump us up with all this talk of all these quality ins just yet.

Plympton and Salisbury West hardly had quality ruckmen, they had players that could get the job done so dont think you can say it is crucial, definately handy to have a quality ruckman but not crucial

Cosi did you watch the grand final, Plympton won it because there ruckman did such a great job. Also at Brahma I would have said the difference this year from the year before was - no Bellman!

100% agree with you DJ, Bellman was a massive loss to us together with some other big names leaving too.
My point may have been missed... DK said North Haven's premiership chances were based on finding a quality ruckman, just stating that neither Plympton or Salisbury West had a dominant ruckman all year (yes Plympton had a ruckman that got the job done when needed) and they both played off in a Grand Final. Was trying to illustrate that a premiership does not always have to revolve around having a quality ruckman but rather a team of 21 who are all committed to the cause. Sorry ill jump back in my box

there has never been 12 players at training, they have been averaging 20-25 at the moment
