Saturday Partly cloudy. Isolated showers and the chance of thunderstorms from the late morning until late afternoon.

Only about 5mm max expected, should be ok until lunch.
We only need 1/2 hr to knock them over

might rain sooner than expected, just started to rain in Renmark & the weather is coming in from the east, with lots of lightning.

Good might be all gone by the morning then ;)

I did last year as a member, complain about the lack of inforcement of the dress standards. Got an acknowledgement of complaint - then nothing.....

What was so bad that made you complain??

Blokes in dresses. Buck show thing apparently. Once again no problem if they want to do that in the outer on the Hill, not like there has't been buck's shows at the cricket before, with people dressing in silly clothing but in the members??

I mean, if you can't be a real cricket supporter, at least look like one.... :D ;)

Should be relaxed to allow t-shirts for males. If things like Crocs and cargo shorts are acceptable why aren't t-shirts?

Disagree, a collar isn't that hard to find. Just wear a polo shirt ffs.

Fair enough, guess it's a matter of how you interpret 'neat casual'.

Of course, singlets, boardies and thongs are out, but Adelaide Oval would be one of the few places that doesn't consider t-shirts as 'neat casual'.

The MCC members don't allow t-shirts either, Nor should they IMO.
If you can afford a membership you can surely dress for the occasion.

AUS 604/7
SE Marsh 3- Had one more chance, in the second dig to save his bacon.
RT Ponting 221- The legend grows
MJ Clarke 210- The skipper increases his presence
BJ Haddin 42*- Did not look terribly convincing, but runs are runs
RJ Harris 35*- Am I the only one that would bat him ahead of Siddle

IND 272 all out
V Kohli 116- Can play, finally runs from one of the future players
PM Siddle 5/49- Good to see the pack leader take a bag
BW Hilfenhaus 3/62- Keeps on keeping on

AUS 167/5
SE Marsh 0- Ends his career
RT Ponting 60* See innings 1

IND 166/6 ongoing
V Sehwag 62 can destroy any bowler, can't do it for a long time though
NM Lyon 3/57- a great chance for a five-for on the last day
RJ Harris 2/25- Great stuff from the returning champ

Harris cant bat. Siddle is far superior in that department, shown several times this series at difficult times how capable he is. Only time Harris made runs was when we were already had a million runs on the board. Siddle for me every day of the week. Plus when the guns come back Harris wont get a game anyway

Seriously thinking of heading down to Adelaide Oval this morning. Will be great to be there to see Australia complete a 4 - 0 series whitewash.
