Fat bastards (biggest Loser singles) who get upset at their body image and size. F*** Me wasn't there a stage when you looked in the mirror and thought crikey, I either need to a) eat less, b) exercise more or c) preferably do both. Option D, keep going they way you're going (eating and doing F*** all) wasn't a valid choice.

Seriously do something about it, exercise more or cut back. Don't cry my a river becasue you're a lazy gluttenous fat pig.

I love to eat, and my diet is not as good as it should be, but by christ I make up for it by doing a shite load of work on the bike, in the pool, in the gym or running. That's my lifestyle choice.

Exercise don't have to take it seriously, just have to take it regularly.
Let that be a lesson to you Port, no one beats the Bays five times in a row in a GF and gets away with it!!!

When u go to Aberlight deli in Lobethal and order a steak sanga and they say they have no steak left, gee foodland across the road and butcher next door, no wonder there closed on mon-tues because they say lack of business. :shock:
