i dont think you were overly concerned whether we gave ourselves wateva chance, all you wanted was a chance to wrap up top spot in a nice little bow. As i said the captains talked about what to do and saidd depending on how we were going we could declare but we were hardly going to bend over and let you rape us just so you could get an outright.

I think you should have a T20 fixture in your comp, then your games would increase to 15, and get to play a lot more cricket and create more opportunites to secure wins to play finals etc.

I agree with this...some of us by the time the next game comes around wouldn't have had a bat out in the middle for in excess of 2 months

Oh & Phantom my 3 wickets on the weekend were dedicated to you & Hobbs :D

I dunno about that Auto. Being the best looking bloke in the comp, don’t you let most women have their way with you? ;)

Outright or no outright, looking forward to the Rose Park V Para Vista match next game. IMO that match will determine where the GF will be played.

Finals teams are set in stone. Just to find out what order now and who has priority for home finals. Fitzroy's thin thread broke on the weekend their slow start to the season really costing them. Still think Adelaide Lutheran can do some damage once in finals time so can North East.It will be a brave person to select what will happen with any great certainty.

Heres a quick question for you all. If you are going to sledge the other team when you field you would expect to get it back and be able to handle it?
If you are going to tell the other team you are good because you made the rep team you will cop something back?

If you are a spinner and bowl off 3 steps, you would expect to be able to hit the pitch 6 out of 6 times in a over wouldn't you?

How in the hell can a spinner bowl up to 3 bowls in the over off the pitch off 3 steps?

Yep, agree completely. There is no doubt our boys were putting their own interests first.

This confirms my suspicion that you were more worried about not losing outright than having a crack at pulling off the unlikely whatever the outcome. I wouldn't have done the same.

What type of spin was he bowling? Leg spin is a tricky art form and I wouldn't be suprised if a player struggled to land 6/6.
Off spin though, should be no excuse.

Are you going to name the player?
