- Very few wrestlers in the world would have the out of ring talent to pull the current angle that Chris Jericho is working but he does and he is doing it beautifully and IMO he is really enjoying it himself.
- This Rumble is being very well built and will be the hardest Rumble to pick in years
- Kane claims the depths of hell are under the ring :vom: Give me a break. Apart from that the feud is decent with Jonny C showing a little more "hate and anger"
- The Funkawhatever...Stupidest gimmick in a long time  Dead set idiotic!!! Therefore i have no doubt it will be a huge hit with the American fans and catapult BC to the next level. It did make me laugh.
- For some reason my dog arks up when Jack Swaggers music hits :o Im not sure if its the beat or if he can sense a b*tch.
- IMO in the next 3-4 months every title is going to change hands on at least 1 occasion and in most cases 2 or more.
- R-Truth has reached the next level as a performer and i would love to see him wear a world title or win the rumble. I dont think it will happen soon but he seems to be gaining a little momentum and with the little Jimmys in his corner you just never know ;)

Better call ya mama.

its gold!!! "sheeplex"... find it funny how he calls his spots... i dont think the gimmick will last long, but he seems to be really enjoying himself... got talent aswell... i was apprahensive when i 1st saw him but im a bit of a fan of the funkasaurus....

by the way another good promo by d bry...

also liked the bit with mick foley... i sense there could be a GM change soon.. maybe??

Got sent a youtube vid on here, of wrestlers who had died over a certain period. There were a few shockers in there, and it got me thinking about something:

What was the first wrestling match you ever saw? And did it get you hooked?

Mine was WCW Monday Nitro, Rey Mysterio and Konnan against Curt Hennig and Bobby Duncum Junior (who was on this video).
Duncum hit Mysterio over the head with the cow bell he carried around, and I've been hooked ever since...

Mine was a WWE Superstars episode, recapping the 1998 Survivor Series Deadly Game Tournament when Rock turned heel to win the belt and the Corporation era started. I was 10, and had a nightmare about the Undertaker that night.

On RAW:

- Jericho is still amazing
- Enjoying Brodus Clay. Something different, we didn't need another Snitsky. Can't get the song out of my head still.
- R-Truth is my favourite to watch at the minute. Couldn't stop laughing.
- The Punk/Lauranitis angle is still getting better. How was the reaction when he picked up the mic after Punk gave him a spray and gave the old 'My name...' spiel. Gold!
- Loved not seeing a Divas match.

Wouldn't be surprised if Y2J wins the Rumble. Surely Sheamus or Barrett can't headline WrestleMania?

WWOS used to show some WWF matches in mid-80s, couldn't possibly remember the first match I saw though.
Then channel 10 had Superstars of Wrestling (WWF) which rarely had big matches (a lot of squash matches), but stuff like Piper's Pit and so on which were used to build angles and feuds. The lead up to WM3 was huge.

mine was rumble 91 and it wasnt even a match, the promo by macho king and queen sherri and there then interferance in screwing over warrior into losing the wwf title to sgt. slaughter was enough for me and as a 6 year old (3-4 month delay on ppvs on vhs back then)

zigler will lose his title match at rumble then win the rumble. if any others it will be barret, jericho or kane (doubtfull on kane). cant see anyone else winning it they arent reaky pushing anyone else, shamus has done f all for 6 months and they wont stop codys run with the ic title as he is doing quite well.

raw was good, liking the punk & johnny ace stuff, truth and miz will build till mania and nothing wrong with funkasourses, big guys cant always be the mean heels and we are still in the pg era.....somebody call my mamma.
The problem with Barcelona is that I like fish and chips but they had to turn it into calamari and patatas

 [-X

;)

DB is a superstar imo.... when he 1st came to the wwe the made his character act like a bloke with no charisma. Now thats he's getting an opportunity to talk and show more of his character, its grat to see. he's good on the mic and his in ring ability is in the top 3 of the wwe at the moment wit punk and y2j... as ive stated a few times before on here im loving his slow heel turn and he's doin a great job... certainly deserves the belt and his last couple of matches with show have been really good aswell.. have to give show credit for that aswell...

my fave 5 rite now is
1. D.Bryan
2. Y2J - he hasn't even done anything yet, but loving what he's doin now
3. Punk
4. Ziggler - this guy is awesome
5. Cena - really liked angry cena on raw the other night...

people who just missed out
6. Kane - one of my all time faves, am enjoying his fued with cena...
7. R-thruth - was concerned when he turned face, but how wrong i was. entertaining stuff...
8. Sheamus - is it me or does it seem like the wwe cant find him a proper fued...

Fave 5:
Kane
Zack Ryder
Brodus Clay
Cody Rhodes
Wade Barrett

Jericho a chance to jump right up there, and if Cody feuds with Goldust, then he could rise.

I am shocked.

On youtube there is fan cam of this fridays smackdown broadcast.

Brodus has the mike, and calls William Regal a "effing chicken".

only he didn't say effing, he said the real thing.

Rotten gimmick, really stupid. It will last a couple months then die off.

Watched some of the old stuff like Mania 3, but didn't get into it until I saw Undertaker vs Kamala from Summerslam 92 on The Wide World Of Sports. Went and hired it just to watch The Undertaker.

I remember that, channel 10 showed an hour special of Mania 14 and Survivor Series 98 that year, during prime time too.

I reckon it would be great if participants 1 to 29 are all eliminated from the Rumble (maybe the last 2 could eleminate each other at the same time). Then Jericho enters number 30 and wins without doing anything! :D

I'm a huge fan. His Ring Of Honor matches, with guys like Nigel McGuiness, were some of the best ever.

I'd argue that it is... Hence I don't think he could go into a HOF
