Sri Lanka in South Africa

Postby RustyCage » Thu Jan 05, 2012 6:43 am

Jacques Kallis is only the 2nd man in Test history to follow a pair with a double century. Clifford Roach (West Indies) was the 1st in 1930.

Shouldn't SA end on 5 in the 2nd dig if they hit a 4 off a no ball?

Unless he didn't hit it for four because they should count the total amount of runs scored off that ball....weird

Happens all the time when chasing. If they have completed the first run before it goes for 4 it counts as one.

Stupid rule

Has done superb on the bowler friendly decks in Saffer land. Have to wait to see what his stats look like after a few tours to the subcontinent.
Looks the part though, need to keep him injury free

Along with Marchant De Lange, who took 8 wickets (seven in the first dig) before making way for Philander, they have a couple of talented young seamers...

Get rid of the hack Tahir, and play four quicks...

Got plenty of talent bowling wise but they dont appear to have great batting depth.
Agree about Tahir, tripe bowler
