Ponting and Hussey's contribution in this match are looking better and better all the time now. Difference between the sides was their partnership yesterday.

As good as that partnership was I still think the last wicket partnership today was the most crucial. You could see Dhoni and the other players heads drop. That partnership mentally killed them, they would of been confident chasing 240 but 292 shattered them

The Hussey/Ponting partnership set it up for us definately.
The Indian's were still fairly chirpy at start of day today but thanks to some crap Dhoni captaincy the mood had evaporated by time Hilf was out.

Considering AU has selected a 3 man bowling attack, they have done exceptionally well
These flat track Bullys have been exposed this match
Its taken a long time to get them on a decent deck
They have looked comfortable when spin has been the menu [as per usual]

Its good to nail these guys and perhaps be 1-0 up b4 stumps
If we play this attack on flatter decks then our bowling might be exposed later in the series
