Fox Sports is once again showing NHL 24/7: Road to the Winter Classic (Philadelphia v New York Rangers).

Part 1 was tonight. Last years series got me into ice hockey more seriously, and so far this years instalment has been fantastic. Not sure if part 1 will be on again if you missed it, but if not, catch the remaining three parts - a fantastic series for any ice hockey fan.

Pittsburgh bounce back, smacking Buffalo 3-8

Evgeni Malkin scores a hat trick for the Pens

Some other lopsided matches today - Boston belt Philadelphia 6-0 and Detroit smack LA 8-2!

Few decent scores in last 2 days. Have been a heap of sides score 5 or more goals.

Caps lose 4-3 to the Devils in SO.
At least we picked up a point. Trailed 3-0 at end of 2nd and scored 3 in final period to take it to OT.
Disappointing not to go on with it.
