A much better opinion. :D

Western Bulldogs take Mark Austin (ex Carlton and Glenelg) who was going to come back to the Bays if not drafted, I think.

Adelaide select Ben Dowdell with pick 89 but that was known already - he's the basketball convert.

Good luck to Todd. Has had plenty of chances at North. Maybe a change of club will help.

I think he's had a few issues with his hamstring(s) the last couple of seasons as well, didn't he?

Really good pick up for South in Houlihan & Casley ready made league starters, Pfeiffer and Watson will be given plenty of opportunity. We need ruckman having lost Cockshell and Bass but most clubs appear to be in need for bigger blokes as the AFL has become obbessed in them leaving slim pickings for the SANFL.

Shenton no loss? 2 key forwards gone from last years side so far only replaced by an old bloke who didnt even play SANFL last year!

The other 2 had slightly better credentials southee. Todd dominates in the 2's, but just can't get the footy playing league. Hope you can get something out of him.

More good news for Panthers, big man Daniel Bass who was returning to Melbourne is staying on at South next year. Big Bass was showing great improvement throughout the 2011 year and i won't be surprised to see him have another AFL crack if this improvement continues, he's one big unit.

Ky Miller from Port Lincoln also going to have a go with South this year. Very talented player, just needs to get through the hard yards of preseason.
Hi, My name is Ron 'Bluey' Dunn. Did you know I played in the 61 & 62 Tasman Premiership sides....
