UFC 140 this weekend should be the PPV of the year. The 3 main events should all be awesome 8)
Im tipping Bones Jones via submission
Big Nog by submission
Little Nog on points over Tito in what will be an absolute cracker :)
The PNU Falcs 2005,06,13 x 2,14 and Div 1 Premiers in 2019......The SA 3peat - 2003,04,05

That first round against Miller, he looked drunk as he telegraphed those jabs

Machida is a fave of mine, he's up against it, but hoping he can pull off an upset win.

Machida is all class as a fighter and as a quality person. Thats how he comes across anyway. He seems very confident but i guess you have to be and history is on his side as Light Heavyweight champs havent been able to hold onto the belt for a couple of years now. However Jon "Bones" Jones is the best fighter in the world at the moment IMO. hopefully the fight goes 5 as it should give plenty of action in all styles.

Another injury, it's worse then the Aussie cricket team these fighters! Get em back on the growth hormones so they can keep fighting, sick of all these injuries!

If anything, steroids will cause joint and ligament damage because some (Winstrol etc) cause the joints to 'dry out'.

And how much of a freak is this guy - standing guillotine choke on a BJJ Black Belt!

I was going for Machida and was stoked to see him win the first round, but Jones is just way too good at the moment.

Just finished watching it, sickening break, I couldnt watch it again after seeing it live.

Great to see Ebersole win, even if it could have gone either way, got a soft spot for him.

How about the Hominick knockout, 7 seconds!

Did you notice Greg Jackson tell Jones to check on Machida 'to get fans'? Makes Jones look like even more of a dick than he already is.

What a fantastic card. Zombie, Lil Nog, Mir and Jones all outstanding.
Another outstanding performance by Frank Mir - his CV must be up there with any HW in history now given the quality opponents he has destroyed.
More great fights this weekend with Gilbert Melendez and Christine Santos on the Strikeforce card.

Unconsciousness can be pretty rapid. Should never tap to early to a choke, generally those submissions are notorious for weakening over time.
