Funny you say that. Rumor has it, Cox has put on his Facebook page that he's playing with Kersbrook in 2012.
I don't think Brett James will be holding his breath till he sees him in Double Blue again.

New Echunga coach Bassani will never be able to be accused of being a poor communicator and he thinks he's the second coming of Errol Flynn.

Wouldn't be surprised if the Love boys and Ronald Rankine end up there.

I saw Bassani play during his Redleg days. For Echunga's hope he would want to coach better than he could play.

Are contracts binding? Do the Demons have the points for Owen - I believe he'd be worth 3?

I just got back from O/S. Read Owen is going at last. There is a God after all. Hope new Pres will still be in control of Final Siren and what Owen writes there.

I am sorry you are going to be disappointed there, Owen keeps the Final Siren as his own and is still involved with the Junior Coordination.

You're a bit harsh kickit etc etc. I reckon the Final Siren is the best thing Owen has done for the League.

It used to be before he put all his personal thoughts throughout it. The number of times you could "read between the lines" where he wrote derogatory comments about HFL clubs was disgraceful. I don't bother reading it anymore and I don't think we should be charged for it unless those comments are removed in the future. Bring back the "Kicking Back with Father Time" instead of the "What's Hot and What's Not" carp which is just Owen's views.

I totally agree on all counts. The damage Owen has done via the 'Final Siren' to clubs and/or individuals he has personal issues with is absolutely despicable. No other Editor of a publication anywhere would ever be afforded such licence without being sued. Allowing that nonsense to continue for so long has been totally unprofessional on the part of the HFL. Let's hope Glen Sickerdick regularly peruses this site. Owen must be controlled. This site provides an excellent representation of diverse views and should be a great source of input for our new and very welcome HFL President.
