3 - N. Fenwick: Only batsman to make the most of a start, gave United a real big sniff, unfortunately lacked greater contributions around him.
2 - S. Moss: 23 runs at the lower end of the batting order and followed up with 2/22 off his 8 overs (including 9 extras )
1 - S. Ritzema: 3/23 - pick of the United bowlers.

Rose & Crown V One Tree Hill
3 - B. Jenner: Unbeaten 70 before his age caught up with him and the hammy went ping, controlled the Rosies innings and chase.
2 - C. Figallo: 3/22 including the first 3 wickets of the OTH innings after they had cruised to 52 without loss, really changed the momentum of the game.
1 - T. Scott: 23 opening the batting and looked dangerous before throwing it away, put the brakes on the Rosies innings after they got off to a flying start with tight and at times unlucky bowling finishing with 0/22 off 8 overs

3 - A. Ozolins: Wound back the clock with a masterfull 93* go guide Westies past the formidable total.
2 - A. Fry: 83 runs for the Vale.
1 - S. McIntyre: Unbeaten 48 and tidy 1/23 off 8 overs.

Virginia V Parafield Gardens
3 - A. Leo: 56 runs and 3/44.
2 - P. Mascai: Scored 54 at number 3 and chimed in with 1/19 off 5 overs.
1 - J. Denengelse: 3/27 off 5 overs, with Seccafien adds some much needed depth to the Virginia line up.

Hey mate, Bateson and Moss saved our arses, put on a 40 run partnership when we were staring down the barrel, Bateson took 3/34 and made 17 including a towering 6, I guess it was the advantage of being there.
Having said that, young Ritzy bowled well and his fielding was nothing short of exceptional.

I did look at Bateson's stats and considered it heavily. Like you said advantage of being there, its hard to work out what went on from stats alone
