Just because he has 15 years experience doesnt qualify him as a good coach.
Robert Shaw and Matthew Knights had good careers but couldnt coach a mini league side.
FWIW im still undecided on whether Berry is good or not, was against him being appointed but now he is in the job i feel he deserves a decent crack at it. Jamie Cox can piss off though

If you play a sht shot, dont follow the plan etc when you walk off the oval he will hold the door open for you and then follow you in for some 'instant feeback'. In recent times, no pressure or questions were asked by the coaching staff.

Have heard the same FS. As i said he needs time, coaching the Redbacks must be one of the hardest jobs in world cricket. Im prepared to give him a go, he isnt going to turn it around in a few months.

It actually does make him a B grade cricketer. He never played A grade - Phil Emery played more Tests than him

However, if you're talking as a coach - he needs a bit more time before we rule a line through him.
