I'm tipping Lee Spurr will get picked up somewhere along the line. Might be a rookie draft selection, but given how thin they keep telling us the draft is and it's had the eyes picked out of it already I think once clubs get to pick 50 they'll be taking some chances.

One other thing that might affect SANFL clubs is the redrafting of players. We might see a few given a second chance that in other years wouldn't have. Some of these guys have signed conditional contracts, no doubt at least a few will get taken.

Where is Justin Clarke from? Alot of people seem to rate Jordan Murdoch fairly high, i am not sure he is that good.

Plays for BMW and North. Not sure how many games he played for the Roosters though, looks like he mainly played for BMW.

Murdoch is a bit of a bolter. Kid can play.

As others mentioned, the National Draft is tomorrow then it is the Rookie and Pre-Season Draft (on Tuesday December 13) where the mature age players are more likely to be picked.

That's been talked about the last 2 seasons now and Brett Ratten was spotted at AAMI during our finals this year. Would be a big loss to the Legs.

Darren Pffiefer to Port

That was mentioned on Channel 10 News about a week ago. I think he had a very good season and is deserving of another chance at AFL level. Ideal situation for Norwood if he stays in SA.

...and three clubs looking at Lee Spurr

I'm hearing St. Kilda, Fremantle and possibly Adelaide Crows, which would be a win/win situation for Central if he doesn't play AFL all year.

Why not, they have been looking at him the last couple of years. I think he is one of the best forwards in the comp (although he played more in the ruck this year) and has a great kick for goal. I think he would be a good fit at Calrton.

Keep an eye on Crow's final pick. Could be a mature age SANFL player who is a bit of a smokey. They are also keen on Lee Spurr, but he should be gone by then.
