Presidents Cup was awesome, despite the heat on Friday and the the scottish like conditions on Saturday it was amazing to be there. Great players everywhere, some Ive been watching on TV for 20 years and to see them in the flesh and get within a few metres of them was like a childhood dream. Add to that the atmosphere of the team competition and the amazing golf course. Oh yeah and the wives and girlfriends :D , Ana Ivanovic was a highlight and also managed a chat to Jason Day's wife.

Ill post some pics later, also loved playing at Moonah Links on Thursday, great course.

Off for my annual junket to Joondalup Resort in Perth this week.

Play on Thursday when it is going to be 37°...

I'm in the process of buying a set of Ping's. G20's seem awesome but I'd settle for G15 or even G10's if the price was right. You gotta be well equipped to play Port Augusta believe me.

Yes. Half a page ad in the Saturday Advertiser saying it is now completed.

My uncle plays this course quite regularly. Hoping next time I visit he can get me on without paying the massive green fees.

Very much doubt it will be MT. Have a few groups go through from daybreak til about 9ish, but then usually quiet til about 11 or so.

At the moment there is 1 group on the 1st 5 holes

Marion is shit compared to Regency Park.

Think short course at the pat (haven't played the long course) with bigger greens and longer par 4s and 2 par 5s. Definitely need the driver and if the wind is from the north, both par 5s are into it.

We had a lightening strike the other weekend that has played havoc with the irrigation controllers, so a couple of dry spots on a couple of fairways.

So $13 is a bit of a bargain then.
May have to head out and have a look over the xmas/ new year break (what I get of it anyway).
