After rave reviews I'm thinking about dipping my toe into The Walking Dead.

Love these shows - Boardwalk empire is fantastic steve buscheli is a great actor and plays the role well. (love historical period drama type shows/movies etc)

also watch - time team (uk version), worst jobs in history, who do you think you are (uk), law and order, law and order criminal intent, simpsons, family guy, black lagoon, then all the sports stuff fox sports fc, a-league, epl, serie a (rai italia), nfl, college, cricket, darts, wrestling (yeah i know its fake)
The problem with Barcelona is that I like fish and chips but they had to turn it into calamari and patatas

Yep, second season has started well too. Excellent show.

Have been trying Once Upon a Time, new show by some of the people behind Lost. Sort of a parallel universe thing where fairy tale characters are 'trapped' in a small US town, gradually learning about their true selves. Meh so far...too spooky for the littluns, bit weak for adults...not sure what it's trying to be yet

Homeland -excellent series about a marine who returns to the US after 8 years of captivity in Iraq...
Boss -political drama centred on the Mayor of Chicago (Kelsey Grammer) secretly working with a degenerative neurological disease...
Strike Back -British action/thriller revolving around a covert MI6 team. Some suspension of disbelief required, but great one for military fans.

The final 5 minutes of the last episode is possibly the best television I've ever seen

Hardcore Pawn - starts on 7Mate at 8.30 each Wednesday night. Shows life in a Las Vegas pawn store. Amazing to see just how it works from both sides of the counter.

The show after it, American Pickers, is also a cracker. Two blokes who cruise the American countryside, trawling through houses, sheds, farms etc of people who call them out to appraise their "junk". Some of the stuff they find IS junk, but other items - well, for people like me who love second hand shops, it's gold :)
Can you guess where I'm calling from, the Las Vegas Hilton...
