grand final budget

Postby slickmick » Wed Oct 05, 2011 8:31 am

Hi.

Just wondering is the only place to get grand final budget at the grand final.

I would really love to get my hands on one but I'm in wa and no one of my family are going even though they are central supporters.

I'm an eagles fan

Is there anyone to contact for budget back issues

Contact Boylen Media - they are the company who produces the Budget.

I'm sure they can arrange to post you a copy over.

Why aren't your Central supporting relatives attending the GF?

I used to pick up a copy of the budget sometimes at the newsagent near the McDonald's at the Eastern end of Rundle Mall. No idea whether they sell GF editions or not though.

A criticsm of the Budget in general, not only the Grand Final Budget, is that the statistics of the players is way out of date - it seems the weight of the playeris taken when he first plays and not updated - an example of that is Redden from the Eagles being listed at 92 kg when he says he's 102 kg. Even the 17 year olds who grow another 4-5 cm being obviously shorter. Does the Budget ask the Clubs to submit an up-to-date list each season and the Clubs can't be bothered or is it the Budget's sloppiness?

Hope that it improves in 2012
