Doesn't look like you'll have much of a choice; Unless Henley want to stay in Div 6, unfortunately for SHOC they will be going up regardless...
37.5: Either of the Member Clubs playing off in the Grand Final may choose not to be promoted
in the following season provided that such an option has not been exercised by that
Member Club in the previous season and that a Member Club occupying either of the
lowest two positions on the premiership table at the end of the minor round of matches in
the Division above the Member Clubs to be promoted chooses to remain in the same
Division for the following season provided such Member Club has not exercised this option
in the previous season.

So is that the official ruling Footy Chick? Ingle Farm want to stay but aren't allowed to. Henley can but won't and SHOC should but don't want to, but will be forced to? I'm confused!

It seems a small minority on the committee at SHOC don't believe they're up to Divy 6 and cos of this small minority will not meet their full potential.

Pretty much agree with you DKL WOODY STHS fav's for sure BLACKFRIARS and TRINITY will be very good again SHOC have huge depth and MAWSON LAKES with the inclusion of KELLS (rocs) and CLONAN (ex gepps/walkerville) will be very tough.
I think it's going to be a very close Div and i expect Central United to also be around the mark with Dutchy in charge a few more quality players added to their current list.

I agree. With Holland and Frith joining the likes of youngsters Woodward and co at Central United they will definitely be on the improve in 2012 and beyond. I'd expect CU to give Woody Souths a good run for their money.

If Kells signs with mawson (if its true) and they keep novosel, they will have one heck of a forward line next year!
